Anhui Lizhong Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tianjin XinLizhong Alloy Group Co., Ltd., established on November 7, 2022, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is located west of Wujiao Road and north of Yinxian Road in Lu'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province.
The company plans to cover an area of 28085 square meters (approximately 42 acres) and plans to purchase approximately 150 sets of melting furnace, isothermal constant velocity furnace, alloy furnace, degasser, casting machine and cooling ingot line, fur ash machine, cold ash bucket, bag dust collector, forklift, and testing implementation equipment. With the use of fully automated production line technology, the production capacity of high-performance aluminum alloy new materials with an annual output of 120000 tons can be formed after completion.
The company expects a total construction investment of 200290000 yuan, including 100670000 yuan of fixed assets investment, which will be completed in June 2024. The production capacity is planned to be 90000 tons of pure aluminum series and 30000 tons of recycled aluminum series. The products mainly include pure aluminum alloy liquid/ingots such as AlSi7Mg, AISi9MnMoZr, AISi10MnMg, A356.2, and recycled aluminum alloy ingots such as ADC12, A380, and AlSi9Cu3. The products are mainly used in industries such as automobiles, ships, electronics, and household appliances, and are sold to local and surrounding markets.
